Preferred Image Formats: .EPS, .AI, .CDR (Vector format with fonts converted to outlines or curves are preferred).  Other accepted File Types: PSD, PDF, JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF, TIFF, PNG, DOC, TXT.

* Custom artwork may add to your overall production time depending on artwork complexity and revisions.  Orders do not start the approximately 6 business day production time until artwork has been approved.

        - Create account
        - Place order 

Step 2:  Artwork Creation and Approval
        - Receive Virtual Proof
        - Approve Product style, Sizes and Artwork  

Step 3: Production
       - We Decorate your items
       - We preform a Quality Inspection prior to shipment  

 Step 4: Shipping and Delivery
         - Order is shipped within approximately 10 business day
            after final artwork approval using UPS ground
         - Tracking number is e-mailed to the accounts registered
            email address
         - Receive order
         - Enjoy!
